We provide all kinds of fitness training classes beginning from functional training, crossfit, group fitness classes, personal training, flexibility and strength training sessions along with weight loss packages, zumba fitness and western dance. We specifically focus on functional training using kettlebells, suspension training, sand bags, resistance bands, dumbbells, slideboards etc. Functional Training in contrast to the regular machine training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life at ease and without injuries. You can explore something new to do in the gym everyday. Boredom ultimately takes a back seat here!
